Sleeping up to 2 guests, the property has a master bedroom that benefits from French doors with a balcony overlooking the bay.
The bathroom has been recently modified with a new shower. Accessories include, hand soap, toilet paper and towels.
There is a light and pleasant lounge with comfortable seating for four people, as well as a small table and chairs to enjoy a meal or drinks in the evening. The kitchen area is fully equipped and includes all crockery and cutlery.
The entire apartment is available for guests to use and can be accessed via the secure hallway that has a telecom to the communal front door and automatic lighting. The beach is accessible via the bottom entrance and the promenade is accessible through the top (main) entrance.

We have many reasons for this, the first was losing out so much time in September and again last month with these “Fuel Shortages” it made it very difficult for our fleet to operate, the second was dipping our toe in the water for electric as it is a huge change but for us the biggest reason was for the ZERO TAILPIPE EMISSIONS! Thanet is a small area with a large population and a young average age with lots of schools and the cleaner our air the better! We have 3 young children and their future is paramount, health is the most important thing so as long as we are taking steps to use green energy to recharge her then it is a win win on all fronts! The next step is to have solar and battery storage here at the office to make us even more efficient and green. I feel we all forget the planet is not owned by us we share it with millions of species and we can all do something more to help. Investing in the future is huge for us and up there in our list of priorities.

Upon entering the apartment you will notice that it has a lot of character with the arched windows, sloping ceilings and that fantastic view! Upon opening the bifold doors you manage to bring the view right into your living area. The apartment has two bedrooms one king and one twin, the king bedroom has an ensuite and there is also another bathroom off the hallway. Boasting a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor dining area.

From the moment you enter the apartment you realise how fresh and spacious it is. The lounge kitchen diner boasts a 180° uninterrupted Seaview, standing from the kitchen it feels as if the beach and sea fuse into the room. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest Siemens technology.
The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom. Waking up and watching the sunrise in this apartment from your bed is an experience you could never get bored of. Upon opening the triple glazed doors you realise that you have the sound of the waves washing up on the beach which is rather tranquil and relaxing. The master bedroom also has a generous size balcony with outdoor furniture so you can watch the world go by.
The second bedroom is a twin room with a broad fully opening window overlooking the beach and sea.
Both bedrooms offer fully integrated wardrobes.
The main bathroom has a full-size bath with a plush marble finish. We also provide a hand towels and bath towels for each person and bath mats in each bathroom. All white satin striped linen is provided for each bed.
In the dining room area you have a table that comfortably seats 4 and a full accompaniment of crockery and cutlery.
Guests will be able to access the entire apartment, the cupboard that has the Wi-Fi and electrical components will be locked but can be opened in emergencies. There is a separate internal bicycle store on site that is communal and fully locked but we do recommend individually locking your items.We do not accept any responsibility for any vehicles or items left unattended.
So proud of our team and family, we have hunted around and bought lots of toiletries etc too. We are fortunate enough to be where we are in the world. Our hearts go out to Ukraine and all of those displaced by the war, we are in 2022 and this should not be happening.
